My ADHD coaching is for business owners, creatives and leaders who are navigating the world of work with a busy mind — often fuelled anxiety, chronic overwhelm and the pressure to fit in.
ADHD is a hot topic nowadays, but what’s rarely talked about is the strong correlation between ADHD, anxiety and the trauma that is often experienced at having grown up in a de-stabilising world that didn’t understand you - trauma that often ends up manifesting in the body and mind.
As a registered therapist and coach, I offer a psychologically-informed, trauma-focused approach that goes beyond surface level self-help strategies. Together we’ll explore what’s driving the chaos - emotionally, mentally and somatically - and gently untangle the patterns that are keeping you stuck in burnout, self-doubt or perpetual fight or flight mode.
