My 1:1 coaching is for leaders, business owners and individuals who are stuck in survival mode - overwhelmed, anxious and always switched “on”.
You may look composed to the outside world and have a knack for “holding it all together”, but inside it’s a different story: racing thoughts, chronic tension and a relentless pressure to keep going.
This isn’t your traditional performance coaching.
As a registered therapist and coach, I offer a unique and powerful blend of psychologically informed coaching and trauma-aware nervous system support to help you shift out of fight-or-flight and into a place of calm, clarity and confidence.
Together, we’ll work on both the mind and body, collaboratively exploring what’s driving your stress and building the tools, habits and mindset you need to move forward with enthusiasm, intention, and ease.
